The staff were friendly. nilay, the guest relations officer, helped decorate our room for my partner's birthday. the result was beautiful and thoughtful! nilay was kind and attentive. She always checked in to see if we needed anything.
the area surrounding the building did not appeal to me and there seemed to be a hold up in that area.

the hotel included a pool and a fitness center, nice for diverse leisure activities. the pool area features ample seating with twenty loungers, while the fitness center offers three treadmills alongside two stationary bikes.

The executive queen room city view offered a comfortable setup with practical amenities. two separate sinks and a rainfall shower were included in the bathroom. These fixtures added a touch of luxury to the space.

The breakfast was acceptable. There was a decent selection of items to choose from.
The room was not clean at all. There were black shoe prints on the bathroom floor. the sink, faucet, and shower were dirty. It looked like they hadn't cleaned the bathroom after the previous guest. the shower water flooded the bathroom. That was not nice at all.

the hospitality was superb from the start. my flight arrived very early, and they arranged a driver and provided an early room. the room itself had great comfort. bathroom cleanliness impressed me, and room service worked very well. i look forward to staying again.

the staff were very cute i arrived early in the morning the staff offered me a complimentary breakfast i appreciate this gesture. the hotel amenities were fantastic including a well-equipped fitness center a relaxing spa with a steam room sauna and a large pool area. my room was spacious comfortable and clean
the reception was not good i expected a better service the room had faults that were not repaired before my arrival. the air conditioning did not work well enough and the room had an unpleasant smell i think it was a sewage smell. some of the furniture was damaged the wardrobe door was damaged
